CompanionRanked is a small, disclosed operation, not a call center. We do not run a staffed phone line or a physical support address, and we will not pretend to. What we do have are two honest channels that reach real people: the Swipey community Discord, and a corrections and questions inbox. Pick whichever fits.

If you are writing to challenge a score, that context is on the table already, and we still want the correction.

What to expect

We are not a 24/7 desk. Expect a human reply to anything actionable, not an instant SLA. Score and feature corrections are the fastest to move because they change the page directly; general questions and partnership notes are read in order.

  • Corrections to a score, a feature cell, or a rival description: include the page and what is wrong. We verify against the app's public feature set and fix the live page.
  • Questions about how we scored something: point us at the dimension and we will explain the reasoning, or send you to the methodology.
  • Partnership or press: say what you have in mind. We disclose all relationships and will not run undisclosed placements.
