Short version: we collect as little as we can, we do not sell your data, and nothing non-essential runs until you say yes.

The one-paragraph version

CompanionRanked is a content site. We do not run user accounts, we do not ask you to log in, and we do not sell personal data. Our analytics are privacy-first and cookie-free, and they only load after you accept in the consent banner. When you click through to Swipey AI or another app, that company handles your data under its own policy.

What we collect

Almost nothing that identifies you. We do not operate accounts or newsletters on this site, so there is no name, email or password to store. If you accept analytics, we record aggregate, non-identifying usage such as which pages are popular and roughly which country a visit came from, using a privacy-first, cookie-free measurement approach. If you decline, that measurement never runs.

Standard server logs may briefly record request data such as IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention. These are not used to build a profile of you and are retained only as long as needed to keep the site secure.

Outbound links to Swipey

CompanionRanked is owned and operated by the team behind Swipey AI, and our outbound links to Swipey use our own internal tracking (Everflow offer 5). We do not earn third-party affiliate commissions on them; the attribution is first-party and organic. Those links carry a tracking code so Swipey can attribute the referral to this site; the code does not carry your personal information, and we do not attach advertising tracking parameters to it. Who we are, and the disclosure that matters

CompanionRanked is owned and operated by the team behind Swipey AI, and it is part of the Companion Review Collective. We rank Swipey AI first, and we tell you so on every page. That is a disclosed commercial relationship, not a hidden one. We publish no fabricated reviews, ratings or user counts; editorial scores are our own opinion from hands-on testing.

Your choices

  • Consent. Use the banner to accept or decline analytics at any time. Your choice is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.
  • Do Not Track. We keep non-essential measurement off by default, which respects the spirit of a Do Not Track signal.
  • Access and deletion. Because we do not hold accounts, there is usually nothing personal to export or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will look into it.
